Quickbooks Time Cards

Hey everybody. Thanks for being patient while we transition to the new timecard system in Quickbooks. You guys and gals are awesome. One request that we have regarding the description is to keep all the info (cars, tips, notes, etc) to one line. This is requested for no other reason than it makes the reports easier to read. That being said, feel free to use multiple lines if necessary to tell us something you think we should know or that would be helpful in planning for the same job next year.

Payroll Software/Direct Deposit

Our new payroll software took longer to set up than expected, therefore Direct Deposit will not be available this payday (6/21). Checks will be at the mall valet podium tomorrow (6/21) by 4:30.

Effective June 1, 2012, new hires will have a starting base wage of $2.50. For all employees, seasoned veterans to new hires, Harbor Parking will guarantee a $10/hr rate per work week.

ie: If you work two jobs during the week (8 hours) and the total of your tips and hourly wage average out to $9.50/hr, Harbor Parking will add $0.50/hr to your paycheck (8hrs * $0.50 = $4), so that you end up with $10/hr for the week.

May 9, 2012 – Spohn Lyceum

Wednesday, May 9, Tony Blair will be at the American Bank Center for the Spohn Lyceum. There are over 1000 guests and 99.9% of them will valet park. Last year we parked over 300 vehicles, filled up the barge dock, and surrounding parking areas. We need all hands on deck for this event, so please consider planning your schedule around this job. It is most appreciated. We have about 15 people signed up right now. We need about 15 more. Thanks team.
