What if I need to back out of a job I signed up for?

A 48 hour (2 day) notice is required to cancel a shift. Employees are encouraged to find their own replacement for a dropped shift. A dropped shift with less than 48 hour notification and no replacement is subject to disciplinary action without a valid excuse. Multiple instances of dropped shifts may lead to termination.
