Valet Parking

A valet parking price quote takes the following factors into account in order to provide the best possible service for you and your guests:

How many guests/vehicles are expected?
In what time frame will guests arrive and depart?
How long will the event last?
What equipment is needed to provide a safe and efficient experience for your guests?

We suggest staffing 1 valet parking attendant per every 10 cars. If the arrival pattern of your guests is a gradual flow over several hours, we suggest 1 per every 15 cars.

Attendant Rates:

$20.00/hr/valet parking attendant, supervisor, director, shuttle driver

3 Hour Minimum

If parking in the area is difficult or the function very big, a staff shuttle may be required. The staff shuttle and shuttle driver are billed at the standard rates.

Businesses/Restaurants/Clubs

Offering valet parking as an option to your customers displays a show of class. Valet parking also ensures your customers will have quick and easy access to your business, ultimately resulting in a happier customer.

Discounted rates apply to clients who reserve our services on a consistent basis.

Golf Carts

Golf carts provide an excellent form of transportation for your guests over a short distance. Our carts are often requested in ranch settings or for events where guests need to move from one venue to another. For example, from a wedding ceremony to the reception down the street.

Golf Cart Rental:

• 4-Passenger Golf Cart $50/event
• 8-Passenger Golf Cart $100/event

If we provide the driver and/or valet service for the event, there is no delivery charge.

Personal Driving/Shuttle

A personal driver is handy for designated driving, chaperone, a business trip to another city, or a quick trip to your favorite restaurant.

Our personal drivers are trained in customer service and we ensure you will have a comfortable ride. We are flexible and can use your car, our car, or a rental.

A shuttle is useful for moving large groups of people between event venues. Shuttles are often requested during special events such as weddings, Debutante Parties, city celebrations/events, etc.

Driver Rates (your car):

• $25.00/hour 3-5 hours
• $20.00/hour 6+ hours

Driver Rates (Our Car):

• $50 Airport Pickup
• $40/hour 2-5 hours
• $32/hour 6+ hours

15 Passenger Van Shuttle Rates:

• $60.00/hour 4-5 hours (4 hour minimum)
• $55.00/hour 6+ hours

Final bill includes driver rate, fuel charge, and 20% gratuity.

Uniforms

At Harbor Parking, we understand first impressions are important. Since our attendants are the first people your guests encounter, our appearance reflects on your home or establishment. Our uniformed attendants display professionalism and uniformity with their appearance.

Our standard uniform is khaki pants with our company polo.

For formal events, a black and white uniform which consists of black pants and a white button down shirt accompanied with black vest and tie.

We are more than happy to customize our uniform to reflect the atmosphere of your event or business.
